Monorail This free monorail opens 24 hours a day. It connects Mandalay Bay hotel, Luxor hotel and Excalibur hotel. Trains leaves in about every 10 minutes. For the southbound direction, the train leaves from Excalibur "On Station" and stops only at Mandalay Bay. For the northbound direction, it starts from Mandalay Bay station, stops at the Luxor hotel and then stops at the Excalibur "Off Station". If you want to take the monorail from Excalibur to Luxor hotel, you will have to go all the way down to Mandalay Bay, stay on the train and then go back to Luxor hotel. Please pay attention that there are two monorail stations at Excalibur hotel. You can only get on the monorail at the "On Station" which is located in front of the Excalibur hotel main entrance. When you take the monorail from Mandalay Bay hotel or Luxor hotel to the Excalibur hotel, you can only get off the monorail at the "Off Station" which is located outside of the Excalibur hotel southeast entrance.
